Cloud Elements error messages can take a few forms depending on where the error takes place.
Generally, if the error is coming from the vendor (e.g. Salesforce, Box, etc), the error message should also include a "ProviderMessage", which is a passthrough of the exact error we received from that provider. In these scenarios, the HTTP Response Code is also what is received from the provider.
Cloud Elements Error
If the error is coming directly from Cloud Elements, you will only see a requestId and message. The HTTP Response code in these scenarios, are coming directly from Cloud Elements. If you need additional help determining the issue, please open a support ticket and provide the specific requestId.
