Cloud Elements periodically updates the Quickbooks Connector for Ground2Cloud to add features, bug fixes, or otherwise improve our integration with Quickbooks Desktop. If an update is necessary, a representative from Cloud Elements will reach out and provide you with the upgrade files directly. After you have received the files, here are the steps to update the connector:
- Shut down your current QB Connector.
- Uninstall your current version of the QB Connector. This can be done via the Control Panel on Windows machines.
- Run the setup.exe file provided to you by your CE representative. You may have to unzip the folder sent to you first.
- Follow the setup instructions to completion.
- Start the new connector.
